TERMS OF SERVICE

Framework Version: January 2024

1. GRID ENTRY

Connecting to Hexoryth's structure means accepting these terms as foundational rules. If the framework doesn't suit your needs, we recommend seeking alternative entertainment nodes. Continued connection confirms acceptance.

2. STRUCTURAL DEFINITION

Hexoryth is classified as a social casino entertainment structure. All game nodes operate on virtual credits with zero monetary value. Currency conversion pathways do not exist within our framework. We maintain complete separation from real money gambling systems.

3. ACCESS REQUIREMENTS

Only nodes that have completed eighteen cycles may connect to Hexoryth. Your presence in our structure certifies this requirement. Age falsification creates structural instability and triggers disconnection protocols.

4. BEHAVIOR PROTOCOLS

All connected nodes must maintain proper operational behavior. Attempts to manipulate game algorithms, exploit framework weaknesses, or disrupt other connections violate structural integrity. Automated scripts and bot connections are incompatible with our grid.

5. VIRTUAL STRUCTURE

Credits within Hexoryth serve as structural components for gameplay only. They possess no external value and cannot be converted to real currency. Credit levels may be restructured by Hexoryth administrators as needed for grid maintenance.

6. INTELLECTUAL FRAMEWORK

All components within Hexoryth—visual elements, audio patterns, underlying code—are protected structural property. Unauthorized extraction or replication of framework components is prohibited by design.

7. AVAILABILITY STRUCTURE

While Hexoryth aims for continuous connectivity, maintenance cycles may create temporary grid interruptions. No compensation is calculated for disconnection periods as no material investment exists.

8. LIABILITY BOUNDARIES

Hexoryth's responsibility extends only to maintaining the entertainment framework. Indirect or consequential effects fall outside our structural boundaries. Maximum liability: zero units.

9. FRAMEWORK UPDATES

These terms may undergo restructuring as Hexoryth evolves. Updated versions replace previous frameworks upon deployment. Regular synchronization is recommended for all connected nodes.
